An inner world rises in different facets within the wide-ranging cycles of pencil drawings.
These works follow the Tree Series, which went from being increasingly to becoming completely abstract. Thus, analysis is followed by synthesis. Nature themes, architectural themes, constructivist subjects and organic motifs alternate and melt into one another.
During this period, the immateriality of small pencil drawings opposed the powerfully coloured, large-sized acrylic paintings on canvas.
